A fellow simmer challenged me to create an African Wild Dog for them, using the Sims 3 create-a-pet tools. It wasn't easy but I came up with something I think is passable.

What is The Lost Island?
The Lost Island is a fictitious place that exists in my head. A place of fantasy fuelled by the TV and film that I watch, the fashion that comes and goes, the stories that I read, and to the soundtrack of the music I listen to. Whilst I’ll try not to delve too deeply in that fantasy, there may be the occasional introduction.
This blog is a place for me to express the things I enjoy, like above; film, TV, fashion, music, and maybe the occasional whine of how crappy my day has been. I will not pretend to be any sort of professional critique or wordsmith, it will solely be based on my opinion, an opinion that I would like to share with you all.

Four Oaks Manor
I have just completed a brand new build for the Sims. This one is a tudor manor house with pastures and a stable block. I'm really happy with how this one came out, both on the outside and inside. It is one of very few houses I gave created which haven't come from an existing floorplan and layout. I did, however, base the front of the house on Cain Manor in Hampshire.

Palacio Real
It has been a while since my last post but I will be starting to make an effort to keep this up to date again.
Here is my latest Sim creation, which I am pretty proud of. Architectually it is mildly based on the Palace in Madrid but has features from a combination of different palaces. It was built as a request for a fellow sim.

Devereux House & ABC Mag, Issue 1
Here is my current work in progress for a member of the sims community.
Also, just released is Issue 1 of the ABC Magazine, a magazine in which I was lucky enough to be a part of, as well as their building request team.

My Previous Work from the Sims
So here are some of my most recent builds uploaded and available for download on the Sims 3 website. Amongst these you'll spot Longleat House which I finally finished. There are also 2 lots that were feature. Longleat and the Pink Lady. I very proud of both of these. Click the images for links to download.

A little over ambitious perhaps.
In my last post I mentioned my love/addiction for The Sims. So here is a couple of screenshots of what I've been upto. I decided to try and replicate Longleat House. It seemed a good idea at the time but now I realise it is huge and will take a massive amount of my time to complete (already has just to get to where it is now). But I will continue none-the-less. I have received some very postitive feedback about it, so I can't stop now.
